Your information,
explained simply.

This notice describes how the Qudra website currently handles your information, including its live AI demonstrations.

When you send an enquiry

We store the name, email address and message you submit, together with a submission reference and timestamp, in our Cloudflare D1 database. We use these details to review your request and respond to you. Please include only information needed for your enquiry.

Enquiries currently remain in the database until manually deleted; automatic deletion is not configured. To ask us to access, correct or delete your enquiry, use the enquiry form and mention “Privacy request”, with your submission reference if available. We may ask you to verify the email address associated with the enquiry.

When you try an AI demo

Qudra does not save AI chat conversations, voice recordings, transcripts, uploaded documents or extracted results in its application database. Google processes submitted information under the terms applicable to our Gemini API service. Provider handling can depend on the service configuration; do not assume your inputs are confidential or excluded from service improvement. Use sample, public or redacted information, and avoid sensitive personal documents.

Read Google’s Gemini API terms and Google’s privacy policy. Sample bookings and messages shown in demos do not create real appointments or send messages to customers.

Hosting and abuse protection

Cloudflare hosts the site and processes network information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect it. Our application stores salted, time-limited hashes derived from IP addresses and request counters to limit abuse, rather than storing raw IP addresses in those counters. Expired counters are removed during subsequent requests. Hosting providers may separately process technical logs under their own policies.

See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Service providers may process information in countries other than yours.

Browser settings and external services

Your light or dark theme preference is saved in your browser’s local storage. Clear site data in your browser to remove it. We have not added advertising trackers or a marketing analytics service. The homepage loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the network information needed to deliver them.

If you follow an external link, such as WhatsApp when available, that service’s privacy practices apply.
